आज का स्वतंत्र भारत ?

Secular - धर्म निरपेक्ष ।। 

भारत धर्म निरपेक्ष हैं , फिर धर्म की पढ़ाई कॉलेज में क्यूँ । अगर हैं तो सिर्फ़ विशेष धर्म क्यूँ । 

कल स्वतंत्रता दिवस हैं । पूछना था इसका तात्पर्य क्या हैं । 

कुछ लोग फ़ेस्बुक पेस्ट पर दंगा करते हैं और कुछ लोग भोजन के प्रकार पर नंगा करते हैं । 

आपको अभिव्यक्ति का अधिकार हैं फिर कुछ विशेष पोस्ट पर आपत्ति और कुछ को नज़रअन्दाज़ । 

अगर धर्म व्यक्तिगत विषय हैं तो देश में धर्म की राजनीति और वोट बैंक क्यूँ । 

मातृभाषा पर गतिरोध , विदेशी भाषा सम्मान का विषय । 

संस्कृत की जहां उपज हुई वहाँ इसकी कोई इज्जत नहीं । 

I am not that good in Hindi you know .. ये वक्तव्य आपका क्लास दिखाता हैं । 

हिंदी की पढ़ाई अंग्रेज़ी माध्यम में होती हैं । गणित अब मैथेमैटिक्स हो गया हैं । भौतिकी और रसायन ?? अच्छा ये physics chemistry हैं । 

आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान में आयुर्वेद का विभाग हैं या नहीं कोई नहीं जानता । कुछ लोग मेरा पोस्ट पढ़ कर शायद समझेंगे अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान और कोई नहीं AIIMS हैं । 

तमिल और तेलुगु साहित्य - अच्छा ये भी हैं क्या ?? Shakespeare को कौन नहीं जानता ? रंगनाथ होगा कोई , हमारे यहाँ बस हरिवंश जी अपने पुत्र के कारण जाने जाते हैं बाक़ी किताब अब कौन पढ़ता हैं भई ?? 

किष्किन्धा और नालंदा के पुस्तकालय के ५ करोड़ पुस्तक को कब किसने जलाया किसी को पता नहीं पर बख़्तियारपुर ई वाला जगह हमार पूरा बिहार जानता हैं हो ।। 

पतंजलि अब बस एक कम्पनी का नाम हैं । कितने बच्चे ये जानते हैं की वो कौन थे ? 

प्रश्न बस यही हैं , बाबा बोलते थे गया में गांधी जी आये  थे तो राजेंद्र आश्रम में उनके सामने कांग्रिस में शामिल हुए । देश को आज़ाद करवाए ऐसा सुने । गया के पंचमोहल्ला के बैठक में मेरे से आज़ादी पर भाषण भी दिलाते थे ।  लेकिन ये मिली कब और कैसे ? 

अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी - हैं क्या ? 

मातृभाषा में सोचने की आज़ादी, पढ़ने की आज़ादी समाज और झूठा क्लास  देगा नहीं । 

संस्कृति की आज़ादी- आप तो निरपेक्ष हैं ना । 

क्या हम आज़ाद हो गए ये प्रश्न अनवरत मेरा दिमाग़ मेरे हृदय से पूछ रहा ।। सोच कर बताऊँगा ।

राजनीति और चुनाव

राजनीति और चुनाव ।

एक लोक तांत्रिक प्रक्रिया जिसे हमने civics की क्लास में पढ़ाया और सिखाया गया । आप और हम भारत के नागरिक हर ५ वर्ष में एक चुनाव करते हैं उनका जिन्हें राज की नीति आनी चाहिए । नीति - जो नैतिकता का मूल हैं । कम से कम civics अर्थात् नागरिक विज्ञान में यही सिखाया गया हैं ।

उमर के ४ दशक लगभग देख चुका हूँ । कई चुनाव देख चुका हूँ । बचपन में घर राजनीतिज्ञों का जमावड़ा था । कई विधायक , मंत्री , मुख्यमंत्री को मैंने नज़दीक से देखा . परखा कह नहीं सकता क्यूँकि परखने की समझ और ज़हमत दोनो में वो तल्ख़ी नहीं थी । नागरिक विज्ञान में पढ़ाए गए पाठ sin थीटा एर cos थीटा के जैसे विषय की परिभाषा में आ गए जिसको मैंने उतना इस्तेमाल नहीं किया । क्यूँकि मैं सिर्फ़ एक वोटर था । मेरी पढ़ाई मेरी नौकरी और तरक़्क़ी माध्यम था/हैं ।
विगत ४ माह में बहुत कुछ में पढ़ पाया , आज सोच रहा था , मेरे शहर मेरे मूल निवास स्थान  बारे  में ।  लगा नागरिक विज्ञान मे जो पढ़ाया  गया , राज और नीति के बारे  में जो  जानता हूँ उसका इस्तेमाल मैंने इस जीवन काल  में विरले हि देखा । राज नीति से नीति शब्द  पलायन हो  गया कई वर्ष पहले जैसे मेरा  पलायन हुआ ।मुझे रोज़गार की इच्छा थी , ज्ञान माफ़ कीजिए डिग्री कि ललक थी ।

बस ऐसे ही मेरे जैसे कई हज़ार और लाख लोग अपने शहर से पलायन कर गए । कॉलेज नहीं था और जो था वो उम्मीद पर खरा नहीं उतरता था । नौकरी सिर्फ़ सरकारी मिलती थी अपने शहर में वो भी ज़रूरी नहीं ।
मेरे साथ एक और पलायन हुआ राज से नीति का । विगत ३ दशकों में राजनीति बाहुबल का क्षेत्र बन गया । जैसे जैसे तल्ख़ और ज़हमत बढ़ी मैंने देश से राजनीति का अंत देखा और सिर्फ़ राज करने के लिए किसी भी हद तक जाने का जुनून देखा । लोग चुनाव अब भी करते थे किंतु राजनीतिज्ञ को नहीं  अनैतिक नासमझ तुग़लक़ और पुष्यक़िला को ।

चुनाव की परिभाषा जाती वर्ण और धर्म में सिमट गयी । आप क्षेत्र का विकास करो या ना करो कोई नहीं पूछता हैं । कोई आप से ये नहीं पूछेगा ५ वर्षों में आप शहर को कहाँ देखते हैं । विकास और विकास पुरुष चुनावी जुमले और हिंदी शब्दावली के शब्द बन गए ।
आज जब फिर से बिहार में चुनाव आ रहे हैं । आपने और मैंने दुर्गति की हद देख ली एक सोच मुझे सिरहन देती हैं क्या आज से ३०-३५ वर्ष बाद मेरा पुत्र भी ऐसा ही कुछ सोच रहा होगा अपने शहर गया में बारे में जहां
१) प्रेम सिर्फ़ जाती से हैं और विकास हम धर्म का देखना चाहते हैं ।
२) क्या धर्म का चुनाव से लेना देना हैं ।
३) मेरी अगली पीढ़ी किसे वोट देगी जो नीति और मेरे जैसे लोगों को घर वापसी कराए ।
४) क्या एक बीमार आदमी को देख कर मेरी आने वाली पीढ़ी भी अपने माँ बाप चाचा ताऊ को दिल्ली मुंबई ले कर जाएगी ।
५) क्या एक ढंग का SRCC LSR या स्कूल ओफ़ economics हमारे पास भी होगा ।
६) क्या नीति और नैतिकता का चुनाव हम कर पाएँगे या वही राजपूत भूमिहार यादव हरिजन कहार ब्रह्मान अंसारी सैयद का खेल खेलेंगे ।

कब तक वोट एक बैंक होगा और नेता ही उसका रस पाएँगे । मैं समझ ही नहीं पास रहा की मेरे निवास स्थान पर आज तक क्या सोच कर वोट बट रहा हैं या बिक रहा हैं । क्या हम चुनाव कर पाएँगे। क्या राज नीति की शाब्दिक परिभाषा चुनाव में दिख पाएगा ।
मुझे घृणा हो रही हैं  अपने आप पर क्यूँकि मैं रंगभेद को तो ख़त्म होते देख पाया जाती वाद को नहीं ।
दुःख हैं कि पलायन हो रहा अभी भी ... सिर्फ़ मज़दूरी और पढ़ाई करने वालों का नहीं ... नीति का भी । अगर धर्म की बात करनी हैं तो राज धर्म की करो । वोट और नोट की ललक के लिए मेरे आराध्य के नाम पर मुझे मत भड़काओ ।
अगर तुष्टिकरण करना हैं तो मूलभूत सुविधाओं का करो , फुट डाल कर राज करने की नीति २०० वर्ष पुरानी हो गयी और मेरे गया के निवासियों को समझना होगा ।

क्या हम नीति को वापस ला पाएँगे । राज की नीति करने वाले नैतिक लोगों को वैसे ही चुनो ज़ैसे को आप एक कर्मचारी को चुनते हो । ज्ञान ज़रूरत हैं नीति को अवतरित करने के लिए । नेक लोगों को चुने । ना कोई बेटा ना कोई नकारा । चुनिए उसको जो काम करे न्यारा ।।

Is Economy in Distress ?

Yes Economy is in  stress, Market is extremely volatile. Rather than finding fault of what Nehru did or what impact Ola or uber have, let’s have a positive thinking. Ola certainly have impacted car buy but that’s no excuse as with so much success of OLA or Uber car purchase should go up and more and more people should buy Ola or Uber. A) It would generate employment and does not need a great education or very high investment.

2) Car Lives it life faster as any taxi runs more than personal car and hence automobile industry specially those showrooms which got closed would have had more customers for both purchase and post sales service. By the way mine is also an analogy like what Nirmala Sitaraman Gave. She is MPhil in economics I am not so I would never say I know more. I feel as a nation and as good citizens we need to take below step. 

1) Stop Talking about/ Debating about Kashmir. Let’s have faith in our own government they have caught bull by its horn and they know how to handle it. In the interest of pity politics don’t give loose comments. 

2) Promote/Create Right ecosystem for farmers. If we can make them wealthy economic growth can be 10% leave 8% or 7.5%. Many of my friends who have large land banks back home atleast go

to your village talk to farmers including those working in your own farms and bring them close to market. Create an eco system where they can sell there organic products directly. I know #FarmerRiseFoundation run by Rajesh Kumar doing that we need more such foundation. 

3) Don’t have a lust to be in a big town when you can crate better fortunes or career in small town. Someone with 8-10 Years of experience MBA or equivalent by qualifications and earning 50 K or less per month.. Man don’t waste your time. Do something more productive. You are just wasting your time in a big city. 

4) Take an effort to educate people around you specially small business on how to be more tech savvy. Help create an online profile for them. Even if they get 10 customers through that please note it’s 10 customers extra. Which means few thousand of extra business. 

5) I know saving money is important but if it does not impact you much try to buy local products more than products from China or through online sales. Why make a Jeff Bezos reacher when our own Pappu Baniya or Kanhai sao has Same products back home. Believe me he is earning his livelihood. 

6) Mall is good. But let me tell you your best products and services are still in those local Lajpat Nagar market of Delhi or Gani Market Of Gaya. If you get tired by shopping in such market it will help you stay fit. Our biggest issue these days is we don’t sweat while shopping and toxics remain inside. If you sweat you will buy that amazing ice gola chuski also which you can never get in a mall.

I was a marketing addict

A Sales guru

before you came

before we met.

From a blogger

who talked

the sense and nonsense

of market

and the so called marketing

I have evolved

and transformed

to be a poet

who now talks

you

who now thinks

"VOID" no more exists.

But still he knows

market and marketing

are just not his livelihood

they are his life.

My dear "MYSELF",

the transformation

has transgressed

you to a different world

which you are not worthy of

which you do not deserve.

The transcendence

she meant

was for a better self

but a hypocrat

A Diplomat

and a pervert salesman

who only knows numbers

who sees her

as 34 B

but says I dont see you

as an object.

The question of mind

the answer of body

and the philosophy of soul

is not what Kotler taught you.

You only knew

the four Ps of marketing

which you transformed to

the three Cs 

for the benefit of your employer.

You never were supposed to

talk beyond

the subjects you were taught.

You dont have an intellect

to compete

with a Literature Graduate

still

by being a good orator

you are making them feel

you can.

Its another false, another farce

unless you realise

and make 'me' understand

you need to cease

being close to her

and bid an adieu

before its too late...............................

Fear of Expression

The fear of writing and taking your name is yours and not mine. I believe the disbelief I know the unknown. Turning thirty is just not a number; its an experience unfolded with life. Its a beauty hidden within. The difference of ages does not make me aged. It just changes my status from immatured to matured, from novice to experienced. But still I am not the perfect one I am not Shree Rama Neither I am Shree Krishna. You say even they were not perfect then how can I be? The lies which were never told by each of us to each of us for each of us; the philosophy called life was known to the two unknown. The truth beholds me and takes you away to a distance making you distant. The chaos, the conundrum and the veracity conforms that both of us are liers. The difference is that we lie to us than to each other. The difference is deferrent to be understood...

MARKETING or MAAR- KAAT- ING 3 P's of Marketing

The reinvention of the C's of market made most of you feel that I have defied my values and ethics and lost the eccentricity of mine in an effort to be practical & successful. Well I am unable to answer myself If I am loosing What was taught to me. "I was taught not be look for self centered success but to strive for self less accomplishments..........."

I was also taught not to look at Employment as a mere job & salary but as a great opportunity to unfold and express myself.............
Marketeers says that real marketing does not mean a competitive rivalry but marketeers are for support and collaboration for competitiveness.
But what ever has been preached/taught I felt is not in practise. That's Why limitless self motivation or our work and the concept of work is worship has transformed into reward induced limited motivation.

Why theory of Life given by Charles Darwin "Survival of the fittest" has shaped itself into theory of market. While we say marketing is an Art & not a subject of life science.

Why do we look at our jobs as a "Service & means of life" and not Serving & Meaning of life"

Why we always look for a forced up gradation of quality and why we do not work with an unflinching mission to serve by offering the best.

That is when I feel we can move from "Excuses & escapism" to "Accountability & Taking Charge"

This can only be possible When "I" in all of us becomes "We"
These good lines certainly gets applaud. All of us feel and know that Whatever I have written is the ONLY TRUTH. Still when we become practical and science of marketing converge with theory of Life Science, Marketing changes it's shape and becomes MAAR-KAATING. That is when we forget the Principal's of people like Kotler and start getting into a shortcut. That is when the convincing through the 4 P's taught to us by great Mr.Kotler becomes corrupting of the 3C's written by me in my last blog. As my 3C's are an outcome of 3 P's taught to marketeer like me by market realities OR rather Maar-Kaating Realities. The 3 P's of marketing as suggested and prevalent is Power, Paisa(money) and Politics. The more you apply them and the bigger you become....... So the NEW THEORYB OF P Which is relevent in Global context is
P1- POWER- The more powerful you are The better you can bet for the market share.
P2- PAISA- This is the 3rd C which has converged and transformed into another concept. The more money you spend on acquisitions by way of promptions or intermediations the bigger share you have in market.
P3- POLITICS- Both inside & outside, You no more need to be diplomatic in market but should be political. i.e a) Politically connected (well connected) and Politician in self & success shall follow you.
All is SATYA till it becomes a SATYAM. Now I am just not able to understand weather I should think & look at "What I Can Get" or to "What I can Give"
Because I feel "Knowing & Doing" is not as important as "Performing and achieving". It was past only when the later was a subset of the previous. With the advent of 3P's & 3 C's People may or may not know, May or may not do but still will perform and achieve as They know the concept of 3 C's powered by 3P's

What Say professor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What & who to follow.
