If nothin is permanent then why crave for or avert things... I wonder... If MRP is "maximum" retail price.. then why dont i bargain... I feel... Love is not understood to be a crush..until it hurts. I feel... Worrying works...90% of the things i worry about DO NOT work.. I don't know why... People get mad in love...and get heart attacks due to tension... if Love is felt in the heart and tension in the brain..!!! I feel.. People who are organised..are too lazy to look for things!! I Think....... ...Therefore I am!!!

MARKETING or MAAR- KAAT- ING 3 P's of Marketing

The reinvention of the C's of market made most of you feel that I have defied my values and ethics and lost the eccentricity of mine in an effort to be practical & successful. Well I am unable to answer myself If I am loosing What was taught to me. "I was taught not be look for self centered success but to strive for self less accomplishments..........."

I was also taught not to look at Employment as a mere job & salary but as a great opportunity to unfold and express myself.............
Marketeers says that real marketing does not mean a competitive rivalry but marketeers are for support and collaboration for competitiveness.
But what ever has been preached/taught I felt is not in practise. That's Why limitless self motivation or our work and the concept of work is worship has transformed into reward induced limited motivation.

Why theory of Life given by Charles Darwin "Survival of the fittest" has shaped itself into theory of market. While we say marketing is an Art & not a subject of life science.

Why do we look at our jobs as a "Service & means of life" and not Serving & Meaning of life"

Why we always look for a forced up gradation of quality and why we do not work with an unflinching mission to serve by offering the best.

That is when I feel we can move from "Excuses & escapism" to "Accountability & Taking Charge"

This can only be possible When "I" in all of us becomes "We"
These good lines certainly gets applaud. All of us feel and know that Whatever I have written is the ONLY TRUTH. Still when we become practical and science of marketing converge with theory of Life Science, Marketing changes it's shape and becomes MAAR-KAATING. That is when we forget the Principal's of people like Kotler and start getting into a shortcut. That is when the convincing through the 4 P's taught to us by great Mr.Kotler becomes corrupting of the 3C's written by me in my last blog. As my 3C's are an outcome of 3 P's taught to marketeer like me by market realities OR rather Maar-Kaating Realities. The 3 P's of marketing as suggested and prevalent is Power, Paisa(money) and Politics. The more you apply them and the bigger you become....... So the NEW THEORYB OF P Which is relevent in Global context is
P1- POWER- The more powerful you are The better you can bet for the market share.
P2- PAISA- This is the 3rd C which has converged and transformed into another concept. The more money you spend on acquisitions by way of promptions or intermediations the bigger share you have in market.
P3- POLITICS- Both inside & outside, You no more need to be diplomatic in market but should be political. i.e a) Politically connected (well connected) and Politician in self & success shall follow you.
All is SATYA till it becomes a SATYAM. Now I am just not able to understand weather I should think & look at "What I Can Get" or to "What I can Give"
Because I feel "Knowing & Doing" is not as important as "Performing and achieving". It was past only when the later was a subset of the previous. With the advent of 3P's & 3 C's People may or may not know, May or may not do but still will perform and achieve as They know the concept of 3 C's powered by 3P's

What Say professor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What & who to follow.

3 C's of Marketing

Marketing - A phenomena in itself has been a topic of research for many research scholars. Has been a specialisations for thousands and millions of Students and a profession for billions.

The basic nature of marketing says to create a need and convert it to demand with the various principles and immutable laws taught to marketeer's or learnt by them during there work . Slowly with a radical change in the market and functionality of marketeers marketing evolved itself from products to services. That is when 4 Ps of Kotler became 7 Ps adding the basics of service marketing to it.

This has converged to 4 C's with new thoughts and ideas of the who's and who's of marketing fraternity. The professors teachers and practitioners started preaching and practising it.

With the world moving into Recession all of us are looking for shortcuts. The values and ethics taught to us is taking a toll on our professional lives and we are cutting it short. We are essentially becoming pervert and slowly looking for shortcuts. Hence the idea of shortcuts has suggested me of a New Shortcut of 4 C's which I learnt recently. In fact one C of these 4 C's of marketing has been cut and these 3C's have been redefined.
The New definition of this abbreviation is
C- Convince (Sales traditionally is done by convincing the prospect, That's what we all learnt .. right,
C2- Second C is a distraughted form of convince and calls itself to confuse. In today's market if you are not able to convince one and you need to survive with the cut throat competition just confuse your customer.

C3- Last but not the least. If both your c's have failed and You still need to grab your customer you have to corrupt. Yes CORRUPT either the customer or the influencer who will induce the actual buyer to buy it and enable u get your target................
As in the current circumstances in any industry what will count is your figures/revenue that you have generated and not the efforts you have put in......

Believe me you.I also had a heavy heart writing this but Its true buddy..
